This is the registration form for Step-It-Up Kingsville Indoor Power Walk Workout on Fridays from 9-10am. This class is held at the Grovedale Arts & Culture Centre, 103 Park St. and is scheduled to only run until the end of April.

An Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form is also required and will be sent upon registration confirmation.
