This is the registration form for our Toys for Rescue Dogs class.

Date: Thursday, September 17th, 10:30am at our main location: 1860 Division Rd. N. Kingsville

Please register each person separately.

There is no fee for this class and all supplies are provided.

Programs are contingent upon the availability of our volunteers and due to unforeseen circumstances they may be cancelled without prior notice.

You will receive an email confirming your registration that will include a link to our liability waiver form - please complete this waiver prior to attending the class.
